On our way out!

Here we are in the hospital waiting for our 'chariot' to arrive and take us to our car. Caleb decided to take a peek as the picture was taken.

Caleb's first cross over the treshold and into his home. We were happy to finally be home after a long day! We were ready to go home earlier that afternoon but were not discharged until around 9 or 10 pm that night.

"Where'd you go?" Caleb ready to go hunting with Dad and "Uncle Mike".

"I'm quite happy in my Mema's lap." Caleb's first visit with his Great Grandma.

Me and Dad!

"Me and my dad in the NICU! I look just like him in this picture!!" Shortly after this picture Caleb laid a Big One on him! We let the nurse change him!

My Family in NICU

This was taken when we first went to see Caleb in the NICU. He was placed on 100% oxygen which was received through his "space helmet".

My space helmet

Caleb gets fitted for his Space Helmet.

After a small lung leak, he had to spend the first night in NICU. This helment provided 100% oxygen wich allowed him to breath easy as his lung healed. By the next morning, they were able to remove it and he was breathing normal air and realeased that afternoon to spend the night with mom and dad.

" In the beginning...."

We love the mountains!! Here we are in the Smokies in October 2006. It was gorgious! We were able to see an array of colors among the mountain tops. It also was the first time that both of us had seen snow! We had a blast and agree it was the best vacation we have had to this date!! We look forward to many more!

Here is Caleb at 19 weeks 5 days. This was when we found out that we were having a boy!

30 weeks!!
